A feasibility study for the refurbishment and conversion of the congress centre in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is being carried out on a freelance basis by Steinert Architekten GmbH. The existing building, which has grown over several decades, has an extensive refurbishment backlog. The construction work will be divided into modules and will be carried out in stages.
